My passion for improving customer experience lead me to the real estate industry. I have over a decade of experience in Customer Success Management, helping customers reach their strategic business goals. I earned my Bachelors degree at East Carolina University and Masters from the University of Cincinnati. My career as a Customer Success Manager has provided me with transferable fundamental skills that allow me to deliver the best results for my clients.

As a homeowner and real estate investor, I understand that buying, selling or investing into real estate is not just a transaction, but a life changing event. I am dependable, knowledgeable and client focused which makes the process feel seamless. I actively listen and engage with an optimistic attitude and ensure that my client's needs come first. I am originally from a small town in North Carolina, but for the last 8 years, I have called Los Angeles home. When I'm not at the closing table helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams, I enjoy physical activity, spending time with my family, traveling the world, and exploring beautiful southern California.
