Bruce Seid has been involved in Real Estate Brokerage Since 2003. With a primary focus on the Leasing and Sales of Office and Retail Properties, he brings an in-depth knowledge base that allows his clients to benefit from the hidden values often found in leases and strategic negotiations. Bruce’s strong attention to detail, creative outlook and full-service approach give his clients an advantage when negotiating and structuring a lease or sale transaction.

Bruce has been with KW Commercial since it launched in 2008 and has been an advisor with the start of several Los Angeles area Commercial Divisions for the company including Brentwood, Los Feliz, Pasadena and Downtown L.A. He has served on the KW International Associate Leadership Council (ALC) as well as several Regional ALCs. Currently Bruce heads up the Pasadena Office as its Managing Director and is a member of the Commercial Leadership Council for KW International. A Sr. Mentor to newer associates, Bruce is also actively involved with teaching in his office and at Regional and National events.

Bruce was an investor before his brokerage career began and is passionate about advising his clients towards finding the right opportunity to fit their business goals, style, needs, risk tolerance and financial capability.

Among the Businesses Bruce has recently represented are Law Firms, Financial Service Firms, Banks, Accounting and Insurance Firms, Architectural, Creative and Design Agencies and more. Bruce handles Leasing and Sale transactions from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet.
