Daniel is a Los Angeles native who grew up enjoying the Southern California lifestyle. He studied architectural design and business administration. Daniel got into the Real Estate industry in 2001 as a title representative for companies such as Orange Coast Title & American Title Co. It was here he learned his true passion, which was to help people achieve their dream of homeownership. Daniel earned awards such as Top Title Representative Team his first year at the company. He then ventured into the mortgage Industry working for a small brokerage, Pacific Western Mortgage in the City of Whittier. That brokerage was affiliated and owned with Prudential California Realty. This is where he received his real estate license and became a Realtor in 2006. He was quickly awarded top sales agent in the industry from 2007-2010. He has owned several properties and investments over his career. Working in multiple areas of the real estate industry, Daniel has a more comprehensive knowledge and uses that to help guide buyers and sellers through their home buying/selling journey.

Daniel is a skilled problem solver and he is extremely dedicated and respected in his industry. He will always go above and beyond for clients and colleagues to help in any way needed. When Daniel is not engaged in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends which now include many clients he has met over the years. His favorite places to frequent are the Griffith Observatory, LA Zoo, and hiking the Hollywood sign. Daniel has been an esteemed Realtor at Keller Williams Los Feliz for over 8 years.
