About

Dylan Peterson, a luxury real estate agent on LA’s east side, seamlessly combines design and an aesthetic driven approach to real estate with construction know-how and a family legacy of rehabbing old homes. Growing up surrounded by the transformative process, Dylan’s professional venture into the construction industry became the compass through the architectural intricacies of Silverlake, Los Feliz, and the rest of East LA.

Specializing in finding diamonds in the rough, Dylan’s practical approach goes beyond the aesthetic, emphasizing potential within overlooked structures. Dylan grew up in a family who was constantly renovating the homes they lived in, building new ones, and moving on to the next shortly after each one was finished. After college, where he majored in Renewable Energy, Dylan moved to New York working in the fashion industry, first as a model with the agency Wilhelmina and then as a photographer. Design and style is at the core of everything and understanding composition, color theory, along with creative references have served him well in the LA real estate market. He believes your home is the biggest investment you will make in life and it’s also the canvas on which you live. After moving to LA, Dylan pivoted to the construction industry working with structural engineers and architects on remodels of single family and multi-family structures. From small kitchen renovations to retaining walls and hillside foundation work, Dylan can help you navigate the construction process from start to finish.

Beyond transactions, he views real estate as the key to generational wealth, guiding clients toward strategic investments for lasting legacies. Real Estate is the quickest vehicle to building the financial future you want.

Outside of real estate, Dylan has a passion for music and photography with images published by Rolling Stone, ID Magazine, and more. When not at an open house or showing, his weekends are filled with hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife and son.
