In 2015, in my fourth act of life I found myself transitioning to LA from the Gulf Coast of Florida to be near my adult daughter who lived here. Moving to LA was a catalyst to merge my love of people, architecture, and design and craft a life of helping people find their perfect space.

Throughout my life I've owned multiple properties, a successful advertising agency, and popular Intelligentsia coffee shop in downtown Pensacola called, The Leisure Club. [It’s still thriving, I recommend you visit if near.] The experience of purchasing and selling multiple personal residential/commercial properties, coupled with the high level of organization and customer care in having my own businesses, has proven to be the keys that unlock a rewarding career in the Los Angeles professional real estate market.

Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, third home, or to sell a long time family home, each potential Buyer or Seller has their path and expectations to explore. The goal I try and achieve is empowering you with the data, processes and confidence to move forward. Finding the right combination of items on your wishlist, or vetting the perfect Buyer for the sale of your home is a challenge I enjoy. Every home purchase or sale is nuanced - and the goal is to make it as enjoyable of an experience as possible.

This last year during COVID my fiancée and I contemplated how we want to affect the culture of our industry. We want to hold space for our clients, listen to your needs, and educate you on the best practices for buying and selling. We joined Keller Williams because they invest in our happiness, and success as agents. To have great support professionally, coupled with family values allows us to serve our clients with clarity, stability, and success. We feel connections and openness are some of our greatest human resources. We hope to have the opportunity to connect with you as you start your journey toward either owning or selling your home.
