Stephen Placial is the quintessential Southern California native. Born in Los Angeles and raised in and around the Los Feliz area, Stephen at an early age of nineteen, moved to Channel Island to live on his father’s boat behind the old Lobster Trap restaurant. Stephen is the premier area expert, providing clients with a broad spectrum of knowledge and talent.

Stephen Placial excels in the art of the deal. Negotiating for his clients is his top priority. Stephen has managed real estate brokerages and has always been a top producing agent from Los Angeles to Ventura.
Over time, Stephen has assembled an amazing team of associates consists of his son Steve, along with two buyer’s agents, a personal assistant and transaction coordinator.
