The Mutual Aid L.A. Network Resources Spreadsheet
The Mutual Aid LA Network (MALAN) team is maintaining a list of resources available to those affected by the fires in the Google Sheet linked below and will update it with new resources or calls for volunteers & donations.
Hotels Offering Shelter and Special Rates
The Hotel Association of Los Angeles has compiled a list of hotels providing shelter to wildfire evacuees, often at discounted rates. Many properties are waiving pet fees and offering flexible accommodations to help those impacted.
Available Leases by NikoLA Leasing
Niko LA Leasing is working to provide housing options for wildfire victims in need of temporary accommodations. NikoLA represent a wide range of Class-A communities throughout Los Angeles.

Airbnb offering temporary housing
To support residents who have been displaced from their homes or forced to evacuate by the wildfires, Airbnb.org is working with 211 LA, which serves Los Angeles County, to offer free, temporary housing. Stays are completely free for guests and are funded by Airbnb.org and the generosity of Airbnb hosts.
Short-Term Furniture Rentals
Elite Home Staging offers short-term furniture rentals to bring comfort and stability to families recovering from the wildfires. Their customizable packages provide a temporary home feel while you focus on long-term rebuilding.
Report Price Gouging
Price gouging laws protect renters from unfair rent hikes during emergencies. Landlords cannot increase rental prices by more than 10% or exceed 160% of fair market value. If you encounter price gouging, report it to the Attorney General’s Office immediately.
Red Cross Shelters and Assistance
The American Red Cross is working closely with state, government, emergency management and community partners to provide safe shelter, food, emotional support and other critical services to those in need.
Emergency Animal Shelter Information
It is estimated that more than half of Los Angeles County households include domestic animals. Any natural disaster, such as wildfires, may result in the displacement and evacuation of large numbers of people and their animals.

Relief Grants for Agents
KW Cares Emergency Disaster Grant
Emergency disaster grants are available for immediate, critical needs following a large-scale natural disaster. KW associates (agents, staff) and KWRI staff are eligible for assistance if a financial need exists.
C.A.R. Wildfire Relief Grant
CAR has been helping the REALTOR® family recover from natural disasters for more than 20 years. The C.A.R. Disaster Relief Fund was established in the wake of the devastating 2003 California wildfires, thanks to generous contributions from the California Association of REALTORS®, state and local REALTOR® associations and other contributors, and provides grants for REALTORS®, employees of REALTORS® and association staff.
